Not bad. The slowly emptying stomach gets tense the further the player plays, however it could be a bit punishing to new players.
I would appreciate seeing an example to show what "large" and "small" things are supposed to look like. I think it's a bit too ambiguous without some reference point letting me know what a "normal" size is supposed to look like.
